How Axiom Ops uses SMS messaging, including consent, message types, and how to opt out.

Program
Program name: Axiom Ops. Message type: operational, discovery, and client communications — for example discovery scheduling, appointment and status notifications, and replies to your inquiries. This is not a marketing or promotional program; we do not send marketing blasts.
Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number to Axiom Ops and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, discovery scheduling, and account or service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Types of messages
Messages are operational in nature: discovery and appointment scheduling, operational and status notifications, and responses to your inquiries. As products launch, this may include workspace-and-service notifications you have opted into. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. We send messages only as needed to support your inquiry or service.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and stop sending messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy & terms
Mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and your use of our messaging is governed by our Terms of Service. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
