Medical Transport OS
Medical Transport OS is currently being validated with operating partners. Design partners help Axiom validate the complete trip lifecycle — from intake and scheduling through dispatch, driver completion, trip evidence and billing readiness. Commercial pricing will be published after the closed-loop operating workflow has been proven.
Courier Ops

Axiom does not include unlimited custom development in its software subscriptions. Custom requests are separately evaluated for technical risk, business value, security, support requirements, and whether the capability can be responsibly maintained. Axiom may decline requests that would create an unsupported one-customer product.

Do I have to complete an assessment?
No. A qualified company may begin with a proof pilot or enter Fleet OS directly. The assessment is recommended when the primary operational problem is not yet clear.
Is the Fit Check the same as the assessment?
No. The Fit Check provides an initial qualification and recommended next step. The paid assessment includes interviews, evidence review, system mapping, findings and a prioritised roadmap.
Is the pilot free?
No. The pilot requires configuration, data handling, onboarding, monitoring and a final value analysis. A paid pilot also ensures both companies are committed to testing the workflow properly.
Is onboarding included?
Standard onboarding is included for customers who complete a paid pilot and convert to a subscription. Direct subscription customers pay the applicable onboarding fee.
Can I keep my existing TMS?
Yes. Axiom may operate beside the existing system through a focused Control Layer when replacement is unnecessary.
Are integrations included?
Only supported integrations specifically listed in the selected plan or agreement are included. Unsupported integrations are separately evaluated and priced.
Can I cancel monthly?
Founding Fleet OS subscriptions can operate month-to-month after the paid pilot. Future annual plans and enterprise agreements may have different terms, disclosed before purchase.
Does Axiom guarantee savings?
No. The pilot establishes a baseline and measures actual results. Axiom does not publish or promise unverified savings.
What happens if Axiom is not a good fit?
The Fit Check or assessment may recommend maintaining the current system, changing an internal process, postponing implementation, or selecting another solution.
